What is Sandbags Protocol？

As blockchain technology continues to evolve, the security protection of on-chain assets has become increasingly important. Sandbags Protocol aims to provide efficient and reliable security protection for our clients to safeguard their assets from loss. It helps projects complete the security protection of on-chain assets with little impact on their regular business contracts, reduces the mental burden of entrepreneurs, and provides a new means of contract protection for Web3.

Furthermore, Sandbags Protocol hopes to improve the existing security defense system through the product, enhance industry confidence, and promote the development and prosperity of Web3 finance.

To achieve this goal, we have developed two main components: Filter Contract and Relay Network.

Filter Contract is designed to analyze transactions in advance to determine if there are potential threats. It uses carefully designed algorithms and models to assess the risk of a transaction based on its source, destination, and amount. If a threat is detected, the Filter Contract will reject the transaction; if the transaction cannot be judged on the chain, the Filter Contract will pass the information to the Relay Network.

Relay Network is a chain-off network that is mainly used to perform secondary judgments on incoming transactions and pass information (including but not limited to transaction judgments and data from other chain-off interfaces) to relevant contracts to block threatening transactions. At the same time, it can also send information to our customers, allowing them to understand the details of the transaction and make appropriate decisions.
